Tap the ··· menu on a friend or swap card in the app to report or block someone. Blocked users can't see you, and you won't see them.
You can manage blocked users under Report/Block User in your Profile settings. If you need extra help, email support with any details that help us investigate.

You can delete your FlyLUCIA account and personal data from Help & support in your Profile tab. Confirm the deletion and we'll remove your account from our systems. Deletion can't be undone.
If you can't access the app, email us from the address linked to your account and we'll help you.
